Accounting Supervisor / Rosario Cavite

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
· Proven track record of managing teams and production workflows.
· Experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
· Background in budgeting, planning, and performance metrics.
· Proficiency with SAP system
· Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
