Sales Manager (Plastic Injected Parts & Assembly)

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, related field.
 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries.
 At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
 Background in handling customized or technical products and working with clients in OEM or industrial markets.
 Strong project coordination skills across departments (engineering, production, QA, logistics).
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Proficient in MS Office, and basic costing or pricing principles.
 Willing to travel for client visits and site meetings.
