Job Description
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
- Support new hire onboarding, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and orientations are facilitated.
- Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance processing, and final documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing HR-related reports, updating databases, and organizing employee files.
- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team in implementing policies, programs, and procedures.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications as needed.
- Salary:
