Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing on-site CCTV installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing recommendations to clients. This role requires attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure effective service delivery and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at various client locations.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine appropriate system setups and configurations.
Perform system isolations and troubleshoot technical issues to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
Provide expert recommendations to clients regarding system enhancements, upgrades, or maintenance needs.
Generate clear and detailed reports on site activities, including installation progress, troubleshooting outcomes, and client feedback.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all field activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CCTV technologies and industry best practices.
