Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Sources and accredits new clients and reports account acquisition status to the Immediate Head.
- Presents and promotes the company's products and services and prepares proposals based on clients requirements in a timely manner.
- Performs upselling activities and initiates relationship-building activities among current accounts.
- Monitors the patients coming from the signed account and ensures that the clinic is utilized by the signed account.
- Ensures timely preparation and renewal of contracts.
- Performs pricing and package negotiation. Escalates all concerns beyond the authority limit to the Immediate Head.
- Conducts regular follow-through and resolves clients issues and concerns.
- Participates in different Marketing activities (e.g. wellness activities) and interacts with existing clients to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Conceptualizes and formulates Sales strategies and implements client retention initiatives.

Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Must have experience in B2B and B2C- corporate selling.
