Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
-Plan, schedule, and create content to ensure consistent brand messaging and foster audience engagement.
-Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to boost brand awareness and expand reach.
-Oversee the successful launch of new air and water filtration products, including market research, pricing, and positioning.
-Negotiate and manage relationships with relevant industry influencers and organizations.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional content.
-Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with actionable insights.
-Stay informed on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and video editing techniques.
-Create and manage SEO-optimized content for blogs, the company website, and third-party platforms to improve online visibility.
-Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, conversions, impressions, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Ability to create and deliver creative content (text, images, and videos).
-Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
-Exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
-Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
