About the Role:
As the Brand Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building and elevating our brand presence in the Philippines, with a strategic focus on social media, PR campaigns, and digital storytelling. You will execute a phased branding roadmap starting with foundational social media and PR activations, followed by targeted advertising and short-form video content to establish trust, engagement, and market leadership in real estate and financial services.
Your role will blend creative storytelling, data-driven insights, and compliance-aware marketing to position our company as the preferred brand for investors, homebuyers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Digital Foundation
● Develop and implement a step-by-step brand-building plan, prioritizing social media engagement and PR visibility before scaling to paid campaigns and video content.
● Define and enforce brand guidelines (voice, visuals, UX) across all touchpoints—website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and investor materials.
● Craft a content pillar strategy (educational, promotional, community-building) tailored to Filipino audiences in property and finance.
Social Media & PR Leadership (Phase 1 Focus)
● Launch and manage organic social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, leveraging platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
● Collaborate with PR agencies or media partners to secure featured articles, interviews, and industry awards highlighting our market expertise.
● Monitor trends and competitor activity to adapt messaging in real time (e.g., reacting to SEC/PSE updates, capital market shifts).
Campaign Execution & Content Production (Phase 2-3 Scalability)
● Produce high-impact short videos (TikTok/Reels) and infographics simplifying complex topics.
● Design lead-generating campaigns (e.g., webinars, downloadable guides) to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
● Ensure all content complies with SEC, PSE, and regulations (disclaimers, disclosures).
Analytics & Optimization:
● Track KPIs (engagement rates, follower growth, PR mentions) and refine strategies based on data.
● Conduct monthly competitor audits to identify gaps and opportunities in branding.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
● 3+ years in brand/marketing, preferably in real estate, fintech, or financial services in the Philippines.
● Proven success in growing social media audiences and managing PR campaigns.
● Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush).
