Job Description:
Product Innovation (25%):
Develop a deep knowledge of the AR/VR/XR platforms to remove technical barriers for our customers.
Develop and deliver product demos and webinars
Remain current on new developments/technological capabilities and industry knowledge.
Liaise with partners to diagnose issues to fix and improve the product experience for our customers.
Product and Client Experience Advocate (50%):
Gather requirements, build use-case and design solutions for customers to assist with their digital transformation journey.
Provide complete resolutions tailored to each customer issues.
Maintain relationship with customers, Channel Partners and ISVs.
Develop and provide training to customers.
Pre-Sales and Outreach (20%)
Assist Sales teams with client discovery, solution offering, and sales calls.
Support sales team with technical queries.
Internal IT/Software (5%)
Gain understanding and provide support on internal suite of products.
Assist internal team with internal IT issues.
Maintain overall hygiene of internal IT environment.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Motivated Self-Starter with deep problem-solving skills.
Has a comfort with technology. Either you have worked with it in the past or you like to know how things work and take the time to learn them.
You like to share knowledge and are comfortable making presentations and running workshops.
You have an interest in sales and a knack for talking to people.
Great documentation skills.
Tech we work with that is helpful for you to know:
Basic knowledge of XR/VR/AR
Familiarity with Android Operating system
General understanding of cloud computing fundamentals – SaaS/PaaS
General network understanding (jitter, latency, bandwidth, TCP, UDP, DNS)
Familiarity with mobile and internet technologies - LAN, Satellite, 4G/5G
Basic knowledge of Office 365.
Candidate must be willing to work in Angeles City
