Job Description
-Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees during emergencies and workplace incidents.
-Conduct health assessments, monitor employee health, and maintain medical records.
-Coordinate with accredited health providers, clinics, and government health agencies.
-Monitor and manage workplace health and safety risks.
-Maintain and manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and equipment.
-Support HR in employee health-related documentation such as pre-employment medical requirements, incident reports, and return-to-work clearances.
