Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language.
Data entry skills, organization, analyzing information, verbal communication, and multitasking.
Good conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.
Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the company as per business requirement; these may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking customers Education or equivalency
Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college background
At least two (2) years working experience in the Customer Service field handling healthcare account
Applicant will be expected to pass an Internal English Literacy Test and Spanish communication interviews.
Must be able to work on Night Shift Schedules.
