Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Lead Generation:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and medical clinics to promote CT scan services.
• Implement and optimize referral programs to increase patient referrals.
- Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Develop and execute flyer distribution, social media marketing, and promotional activities.
• Organize and lead clinic promotions, events, and outreach programs to increase visibility. Develop and implement target customers' promo activities such as RTDs,
• Respond promptly to inquiries from referring physicians and patients, ensuring high service quality.
• Maintain an updated contact database for streamlined communication and engagement.
- Content & Brand Management:
• Prepare and refine marketing materials to align with branding and messaging strategies.
• Implement creative marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness among healthcare professionals. - - Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Prepare performance reports, offering insights for growth and improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare marketing, sales, or customer-facing role (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and basic marketing tools.
• Ability to organize events and promotional activities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
Salary:
₱20,000.00 Monthly
