Job Description

Requirements:
● A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
● 1-3 years experience or strong interest in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Social Media Ads and campaigns.
● Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM and platforms such as social media scheduling tools, and email marketing software, designs software.
● Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
● Knowledge in photography and video editing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create compelling content.
● Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Qualifications:
● Social Media Savvy: A strong grasp of the inner workings of various social marketing channels is essential. You should know how to optimize content to ensure it resonates effectively with audiences on these platforms.
● Results-Oriented: We're looking for someone who is driven by results and can consistently meet monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
● Paid Campaign Proficiency: Experience in executing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter is a significant advantage.
● Multitasking Pro: Ideally, you should have experience managing multiple social accounts for different brands, showcasing your ability to adapt to various brand personalities and requirements.

Job Description
● Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
● Assist Marketing Manager in running paid ads and gather data to track and analyze social media KPIs and check up on ROI
● Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand and turn into leads across Cosmetigroup social media platforms.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
Salary:
