Job Description
Proven experience in administrative support or IT assistance.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor IT issues.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional IT certifications are a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office administrative tasks and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars.
Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment.
Support IT team with installation and updates of software.
Handle communication between administrative and IT departments.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Ensure data entry and record keeping are accurate and up to date.
Help maintain office security protocols and data confidentiality.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
