Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Application Engineer who will be responsible for both product design and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to meet client needs and ensure timely project delivery. This is a key role combining technical knowledge and sales expertise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical (license not required)
• At least 5 years of experience in sales within industrial sectors and client-based account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze partner relationships and market requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop products based on client requirements
• Develop and implement marketing plans in coordination with the Sales Department
• Analyze and manage client partnerships and product opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls and follow-ups
• Stay updated with industry trends and technical advancements
• Ensure accurate records and timely reporting
• Prepare proposals and tenders within the required timeline
• Coordinate effectively with the Engineering team during project implementation
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry demand
