Job Description
The Accounting Assistant's responsibilities include checking the AP invoice voucher, posting landed cost, general ledger reconciliation, posting journal entries, identifying wrong entry transactions, and preparing and posting necessary adjustments. You should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as SAP B1.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, business administration, economics or similar
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel: Building spreadsheet reports, graphs, formula use, etc.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform accurately with minimal supervision.
- Capability to analyze and reconcile invoice balances.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
- Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization
OTHERS
- Ability to travel as needed
