Job Description
• Submits daily activities form and log book to plant safety head.
• Conducts daily safety toolbox meeting.
• Monitors project and sub-contractor’s housekeeping.
• Conducts job hazard analysis and recommendation to safety head.
• Provides accident and incident report form.
• Submits monthly accomplishment report on quality, health, safety and environment with geo tagging picture on time.
• Strictly implements PPE’s in all sub-contractors and all personnel at the project site.
• Monitor proper installation and maintenance of all site equipments and utilities.
