Job Description
- Source candidates using various methods.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Create accurate job postings.
- Dive into complex issues, aiming for Ensure postings reach relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and manage interviews.
- Administer tests, assess suitability, verify qualifications, assist in onboarding, maintain candidate relationships, manage records, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Endorsing qualified candidates to clients
- Facilitate job offers
- Handles pre-on boarding of hired applicants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field
- Proven experience in Recruitment or Staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- at least with Recruitment Internship experience
