Job Description
Real Time Analyst
Salary: 25,000php basic
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite Reporting - Midshift to Night Shift
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience
Experience working in a BPO industry is a must
Knowledge with Avaya CMS, IEX NICE, or similar tool/system.
Solid experience in doing queue monitoring and monitoring attendance adherence
