Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: This company has been in the industry for over 49 years. It is an IT company that provide a different kind of services like business process and IT outsourcing services to their client.

Position: Sr. Back Office Processor (Non- Voice)
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Taguig and Ortigas
Work Schedule: Nighshift Schedule
Salary: Php30,000-Php40,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Open for undergrad with at least 2 years of solid BPO experience in handling financial account
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work in the nightshift schedule
- Willing to work in Taguig or Ortigas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure to address all the inquiries of the client related to their financial inquiries
- Ensure to handling all the complex that may arise that require knowledge on financial
- Ensure to meet the target in the company
- Manage the accurate record of maintaining the client interactions, transactions, and resolutions
- Make sure to have a positive an experience to the client throughout the interactions in the financial inquiries
