Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers to validate the feasibility of application changes and explore optimal solutions

Receive and review incoming change requests; translate them into service catalog items when applicable

Participate in planning and execution of service transition activities

Prepare and present reports that support the Service Management team in application support delivery, maintenance, and ticket tracking

Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and implementation activities

Facilitate coordination between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment

Assist in project management activities and ensure tasks are delivered on schedule

Job Qualifications

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial institution (Non-negotiable)

Proven background in IT project management (Non-negotiable)

Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (Non-negotiable)

Hands-on involvement in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ORT (Operational Readiness Testing) (Non-negotiable)

Skilled in preparing user manuals and training materials (Non-negotiable)

Advanced data analysis skills, especially in MS Excel (Non-negotiable)

Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and drive consensus (Non-negotiable)

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality solutions

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Salary:
₱50,000.00 Monthly
