Position: Operation Excellence Assistant Manager

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule/Graveyard Shift
Salary: Php65,000-Php75,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With 7-10 years BPO experience
✨ Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
✨ With Operational Excellence or Center of Excellence experience is an advantage
✨ Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Identify inefficiencies, enhance service delivery, and streamline workflows through standardization
✨ Train and develop skill of agents/team leads
✨ Monitor performance metrics, maintain service excellence, and ensure adherence to policies
✨ Analyze feedback, implement for improvements, and create customer-centric culture
✨Another task may be assigned by immediate superior
