Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support through chat, email, or social media platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online channels (chat, email, social media).

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Resolve complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Document and update customer records in the system.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Meet performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates).

Qualifications:

At least Senior High School Graduate / College Level / College Graduate (depending on your requirement).

Previous customer service or BPO experience preferred but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficient in using computers, online platforms, and multitasking tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
