Job Description

The PAM Assistant and I.T. Support performs a variety of skilled technical work, and provides direct assistance to the PAM Head. She also provides essential support to supervisors across different departments (i.e. License and Compliance, Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting, etc.). She is generally responsible to look after the PAM tasks of the foundation – in charge of property-related assistance and certifications; secure government permits for the centers; assets inventory and archiving. The role covers liaison work, thus comprising 50% fieldwork and 50% office work.

The I.T. Support work involves coordination and maintenance of office I.T. systems including the server and equipment repairs.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

· Graduate of BS Computer Technology, BS Information Technology, BS Industrial Engineering or ICT-related courses

· At least two (2) years work experience as Property Assistant, I.T. office support, or related work

· Should have a background in networking, system maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; as well as property and equipment inventory

· Willing to do fieldwork to liaise with relevant government agencies or entities to secure/ maintain permits/certifications and property maintenance across the Foundation’s centers

· Strong English Communication Abilities (both verbal and written)

· Proficient in Microsoft applications, and I.T. software and hardware

· High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision

· Team player, creative, and resourceful

· Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location


SALARY RANGE: Upon interview

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.

WORK LOCATION: 4th floor, Culmat Building, 1270 – 1330 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Brgy. Mariana, Quezon City
