Job Description
What you'll be doing
Answering and responding to incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries and complaints
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
Actively listening to customers and empathising with their needs
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible customer experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
Good knowledge of the retail industry and customer service best practices
