Financial Account Customer Services Representative

What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat
Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Accurately processing financial transactions and account updates
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements
Adhering to all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial services industry. HS/SHS Grad or Completed 2 years in College OR College grad + NO CCE required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM and database tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy
Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
