Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking for Employee Relations Specialist who is responsible for promoting a compliant, respectful, and productive workplace by managing employee relations matters in alignment with labor laws and company policies. This role supports the organization in resolving workplace concerns, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering effective communication between management and staff.

Responsibilities:
Handle labor grievances and assist in conflict resolution, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Coordinate with departments to promote positive employee relations and effective communication.
Monitor compliance with labor regulations and advise management on legal updates and implications.
Manage exit processes including resignation acknowledgments, exit interviews, and clearance.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in employee or labor relations.
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code and labor compliance practices.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
