We are seeking a Customer Service Spanish Bilingual representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in customer service and be fluent in both Spanish and English. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a positive company image.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints and feedback.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
