Job Description
Carefully assemble and install a range of industrial machinery, equipment and structures according to technical specifications
Use specialised tools and equipment to lift, move and position heavy components with precision
Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure successful completion of installation tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as required
What we're looking for
Extensive experience as an Erector or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in the plant and machinery sector
Proven ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and installation manuals
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in the use of specialised tools and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure flawless installations
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all health and safety regulations
