Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health (OH) Nurse to join our team at the Head Office. The OH Nurse will play a pivotal role in supporting our construction projects nationwide by providing technical guidance, developing and implementing health policies, and ensuring compliance with Philippine occupational health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will promote a culture of health and well-being across all project sites and serve as the central point of contact for the ESH Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expert advice on occupational health matters across all project sites.
• Develop, review, and implement health policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and health and safety audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of health protocols among project personnel.
• Coordinate and facilitate health training and awareness programs for staff and workers.
• Maintain accurate records of safety incidents & illnesses, inspections, and training activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Head Office and project sites regarding health concerns.
• Stay updated on changes to Philippine OSH laws and standards, ensuring organizational compliance.
• Support incident investigations and prepare reports to prevent future occurrences.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior health personnel and site safety officers.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Professional License: Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, with at least 2 years in the construction industry or a similar high-risk environment.
Certifications
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses training conducted by OHNAP, UP CPH, and other DOLE accredited STO.
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, (optional)
Knowledge
• In-depth understanding of Philippine OSH laws and regulations (RA 11058 and its IRR, DOLE Department Order No. 252-25).
• Experience in OSH management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Knowledge of health standards related to construction activities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.

Others:

• The salary range for this position is ₱23,000 to ₱33,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and background.
