Job Description

Are you passionate about customer support and looking to grow with a dynamic company?
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Angono, Rizal.

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, respond to inquiries promptly, and follow up on missed calls
- Handle online chat messages efficiently and professionally
- Complete a set number of customer email responses daily
- Collect customer suggestions and complaints to support product and service improvements
- Learn product knowledge and support other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- College graduate or higher
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce after-sales service processes
- Excellent communication skills and a stable, responsible attitude

Work Schedule (Philippine Time | On-Site):
• SUN: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Monday: Off
• TUE| THU| FRI: 3:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• WED: 4:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• SAT: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Note: Shift follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) converted to Philippine Time (PHT).
