About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a Healthcare Associate - Customer Service Agent. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases as needed
Actively contribute to process improvements and team productivity
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for
At least High School Graduate∙ with 6mos CCE (Healthcare) or Insurance/Payments experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with customer service software and tools
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
