Job Description
Assists the Village Administrator in the day-to-day operation of the project and attends to inquiries,
complaints, requests, and demands of clients on-site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Encodes the daily attendance of SPMI admin workers in the system
2. Serves as custodian of project files and other documents
3. Prepares financial records of HOAs
4. Collects Association Dues, usage of facilities, membership fees, etc.
5. Prepares correspondences, letters, memos, circulars and minutes of meetings
6. Prepares Request for Payment for all utility bills (Electric, Water, Internet, etc)
7. Attends to and records clients’ concerns
8. Files documents of homeowners in their individual folders
9. Transmits the Authority to Move In (ATMI) to clients, security and HOA offices
10. Facilitates the preparation and distribution of the Statement of Accounts (SOA) for
PMF/Association Dues and Utilities
11. Processes the reservations for rental of amenities such as clubhouse, swimming
pool, basketball court etc.
12. Monitors the issuance of swimming pool tickets
13. Facilitates SPMI income generating activities e.g. Home Repair Services, Home
Maintenance, Home Lease, etc.
14. Assists homeowners on any HOA related activities
