Job Description

Summary:
You will support and manage the eDirectory platform within a global infrastructure environment. The role includes project work, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization involving Linux, Novell eDirectory, and NetIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and document changes in eDirectory and related infrastructure.

Provide L3 support for Novell-based services and NetIQ Access Manager.

Collaborate on server/application migrations related to eDirectory.

Design and implement auto-provisioning logic and directory synchronization.

Analyze account data using in-house tools like iGlobalUsers.

Optimize system performance and ensure security and compliance standards.
