Job Description
• Meet or exceed sales targets for general merchandise
• Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Support order processing, tracking, and after-sales
• Collaborate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related course
• At least 2 years of experience in sales (fresh grads may be considered)
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong customer service and market awareness
