Job Description
Manages client accounts, ensures smooth servicing, supports onboarding, and coordinates internal operations and renewal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 1 year experience in client servicing (HMO/insurance/healthcare preferred)
• Must have a driver’s license
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
SALARY
PHP 18,000
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
