Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
With at least 3 years direct experience in FMCG
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for managing sales and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to the
positive growth of assigned outlets.
2. Conducts daily store visits to assigned outlet/ store. Ensures proper implementation of prices,
off-take and other related strategies to maximize sales.
3. Ensures completeness of display items.
4. Collection of P.O.
5. Check and monitor competitor’s price, off-take and other promotional activities then reports to
the Sales Department.
6. Create and submit Price Survey Report.
7. Ensures adequate level of product per store and report for any occurrence of products reaching
critical level of inventory or out-of-stock.
8. Monitor delivery schedule with Material Control Department (MCD) to ensure timely delivery
for P.O. or coordinates with customer regarding delivery schedule or delays.
9. Assist the Credit & Collection (C&C) Department in collection: Coordinate delivered items and
payment terms.
10. Collect payments and Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) from customers.
11. Coordinate support payment and other deductions of stores/ outlets to C&C.
12. Remit check payment of customers to C&C and/ or Cashier
13. Assist and coordinate retrieval of Bad Order (BO) to Quality Control (QC) Department.
14. Coordinate all product quality complaint to QC Department.
15. Monthly preparation and submission of itinerary, accomplishment and activity report to
Supervisor.
SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Original schedule: Monday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 pm Saturday 7:00 am – 12:00 nn.
