Ensure proper documentation of all incoming goods, including temperature checks for chilled/frozen items.
2. Storage and Inventory Management

Store products according to proper temperature, humidity, and safety standards (FIFO/FEFO system).
Maintain clean and organized storage areas, segregating allergens or hazardous items as needed.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.

Pick and pack F&B items accurately and hygienically according to orders.
Ensure that items are within shelf life and packed according to safety and quality standards.
Prepare and label shipments clearly, especially for sensitive or perishable goods.
4. Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance

Follow HACCP, GMP, or other food safety standards and protocols.
Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and workspaces to prevent cross-contamination.
Wear proper PPE (e.g., gloves, hairnets, masks) when handling food items.
5. Recordkeeping and Documentation

Maintain accurate records for traceability of all F&B items (batch numbers, expiry dates, etc.).
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or contamination incidents immediately.
6. Equipment Operation and Maintenance

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or cold storage equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on temperature-controlled units (chillers, freezers).
7. Compliance and Coordination

Comply with local health, safety, and food regulation requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and safe handling of F&B goods.
Educational Background

High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
Additional training in food safety, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
