Warehouse Coordinator

Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

Monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels

Coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, including supervising, training, and motivating the team

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Generating and analyzing warehouse reports to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations

Liaising with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of products

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team

Familiarity with industry regulations and safety protocols
