Job Description

RESIDENT DOCTOR/PHYSICIAN

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Valid medical license to practice in the Philippines
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of medical principles, practices, and patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Willing to render four (4) hours of duty daily
Willing to be assigned at Checkpoint Mall, Brgy, Paciano, Calamba City Laguna

Job Description:
A. Patient Consultations:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
Diagnose and treat medical conditions, developing appropriate treatment plans.
Provide ongoing care and follow-up for patients as needed.

B. Medical Documentation:
Sign and verify medical results from diagnostic tests and examinations.
Issue medical certificates for patients when required, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.

C. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.

D. Continuing Education:
Stay current with medical knowledge and advancements in healthcare practices.
Participate in training and continuing education opportunities as required.

E. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives as directed by the clinic management.
