Job Description
• Position Title: Senior Technical Support Analyst
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Location: Makati City
• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Start Date: Immediate or ASAP
Candidate Preferences
• With strong corporate/enterprise-level IT support experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Technical Requirements
Experience in:
• Windows Server administration and lifecycle management
• Technical support (Level 3)
• Active Directory, Office 365, remote access tools
Preferred Certifications:
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• MCSA or MCP (a plus)
