Job Description
Establishing a strong presence in the U.S. market requires both increasing awareness and building credibility. In this role, you will contribute to these efforts by supporting public relations initiatives and creating diverse content to strengthen the companies communications and content marketing strategies.
Specifically, your responsibilities may include:
1. Social media management and content development
a. Lead or support company's social media management and growth, with a primary focus on content development. The initial focus will be on X, with potential to expand to other platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
b. Create content to share news and information that benefits company paltform''''s current and potential clients and users and enhances platforms credibility.
c. Collaborate with other Jobley teams, such as sales, career support, and marketing, to create content that effectively generates leads.
d. Lead or support content strategy development, scheduling, and the planning and execution of social media campaigns as needed.
2. Content development for other owned media
a. In line with the content marketing strategy and plan, develop and edit informational articles for the platform. The content should offer valuable insights to engage the audience, drive traffic to the platform website, and enhance platform''''s credibility. The writer is expected to conduct in-depth research and develop content independently.
b. As part of company''''s global PR effort, develop and edit articles or materials targeting its stakeholders.
3. US news monitoring and sharing
a. Monitor US industry news relevant to group business areas on a daily basis to share internally. This is to help
group members (including group eaders) stay informed on industry topics, trends, and relevant policies.
b. This is also to prepare the person in this role to take on additional responsibilities.
4. Other
a. Conduct or assist with additional content creation, research, and communications and marketing tasks for the company and platform, as needed.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
3+ years of professional writing experience (in English) for external audiences.
Proven track record in developing strategies and successfully managing and growing social media platforms.
Capable of conducting in-depth research and independently creating informative content/articles with accountability.
3 years and up experience on Content Writing
Experience on Social Media Management
Experience in research
Experience supporting a US client
Experience supporting a healthcare program
Preferred qualifications:
● Advanced experience in visual and video content creation is highly preferred.
● Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry and healthcare policies is preferred.
● Knowledge or a foundational understanding of the U.S. labor market, economic environment, and policies is preferred.
● Extensive writing experience through journalism or communications roles is desired.
