Job Description
· One or more years of experience in a technical support environment and/or web developer role.
· At least 1 year experience with content management systems like WooCommerce or Shopify.
· At least 1 year experience with Wordpress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical end users.Understanding of basic web hosting and server administration.Website maintenance, backup, restore, email hosting, and control panel experience.Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.Project management skills.
Job Description
· Provide support for website and program maintenance requests, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
· Coordinate internal and external communications regarding troubleshooting, upgrades, server/hosting or other technical issues, etc.
· Suggest and help implement on going improvements to workflows, tools, and processes
· Assist internal teams with technical and training support
· Be available to provide after-office hours and weekend as needed
