We’re an Australian-based SaaS company in the fitness industry, experiencing rapid growth and scaling our digital platforms across Australia. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Cebu and help us unlock the power of our data to drive informed decisions.

The Role:
As a Data Analyst for fitbox, you will play a vital role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Job Description:
→ Data Collection & Management: Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
→ Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
→ Insight Generation: Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations to improve business performance, product development, and marketing strategies.
→ Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, engineering) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
→ Benchmarking: Conduct benchmark research in the Philippines to understand compensation for data analysts, including identifying top companies in the field.
→ Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
→ Documentation: Document data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.

Qualifications:
→ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
→ Proven experience (2-3 years ideal) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
→ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
→ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
→ Experience with statistical modeling and data mining techniques is a plus.
→ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
→ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
