Job Description
Work setup: Onsite or Hybrid in BGC, Taguig
Shift Schedule: Shift would depend on the Hiring Manager (EMEA, US, or APAC)
Required Qualifications:
> Bachelor's degree
> Solid background in Linux technical support
> Min. 5 years in Cloud Security (Azure/AWS/GCP)
> SIEM, EDR, and other security technologies
> Networking skills (TCP/IP, routing, and packet analysis)
> Experience with Jira and other bug tracking tools
> Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
> Relevant Cloud Technology certifications are preferred
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
