Technical Support Representative
Job Overview
Serve as the first line of support for customers encountering technical issues. You'll troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems via phone, email, chat, or remote access, ensuring user satisfaction and maintaining high service standards
Key Responsibilities
Greet users pleasantly and confirm their needs
Triage, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and connectivity .
Document interactions, actions taken, and solutions in ticketing systems
Guide users through solutions step-by-step and verify issue resolution
Escalate complex or recurring issues to higher-level technical teams
Offer follow-up outreach to confirm user satisfaction .
Collaborate across departments (e.g., product, QA) to improve support workflows and tools
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on user needs .
Stay informed on updates, product changes, and new technologies

Basic Qualifications + At least 1-2 years technical support experience preferred (inside or outside BPO) + At least 1 year BPO experience preferred
Up to 42k salary Package + 30k joining bonus
