Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE: This company started to operate in the year of 2013 in the market. And this company are focusing on manufacturing and production of shaft kit shaft and stud pins to their customer.

Position: HR and Admin Staff
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
Salary: Negotiable (Depends on Qualifications)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder of Human Resource or any 4-year related course
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and Admin tasks.
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to attend face to face Interview
-Willing to work in Batangas

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the administrative duties such as the employee databases and sorting emails and file
- Manage the records of the employee attendance and assist to the payroll duties
- Manage the recruitment process that include online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
Provide the concern and inquiries with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Provide an assistance to the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
