Treasury Assistant

Job Skills And Qualifications:

-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/Other Finance related courses

-At least 1-3 years of experience in treasury, investment or finance related-role Proficiency in Microsoft excel and financial software systems.

-Highly organized with attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver results on time under pressure. Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.

-Good written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

 Assist in daily cash management and monitoring of bank balances and cash positions.

 Support the preparation of treasury reports and investment performance summaries.

 Monitor and record investment transactions and portfolio activity.

 Prepare and process payments, including wires, ACH and intercompany transfers.

 Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, signatories and investment documents.

 Support short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

 Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.

 Liaise with banks and internal departments regarding transaction inquiries and documentation.

 Assist in internal and external audit processes related to treasury and investments.
