Job Description
-Research and establish connections with KOLs across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube,
to identify those whose audience aligns with the brand's target demographic.
-Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, plan and coordinate KOL events and activities, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
-Collaborate with influencers to create content that resonates with their audience, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and objectives
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
-Negotiate terms and manage budgets for influencer collaborations, ensuring cost-effective partnerships.
QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
-At least 1 year experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or e-commerce sales.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
