Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for three specialists with expertise in sauces and syrups, baking/pastry, and regulatory compliance. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing innovative food products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality standards. Work is onsite and full-time in Las Piñas, with competitive salary based on experience and asking rate.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant R&D experience in any of the following:
• Sauces and syrups (1)
• Baking/pastry (1)
• Regulatory (1)
• Strong background in product development, formulation, and sensory evaluation
• Knowledgeable in food safety regulations and quality control standards
• Ability to innovate and solve technical problems
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Development:
• Design and develop new ice cream flavors and beverage formulations
• Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align product development with trends

Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and maintain product quality and consistency
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures
• Investigate and resolve product issues and customer complaints

Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all products meet food safety regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and labeling
• Stay updated on industry regulations and trends

Collaboration:
• Work with production teams to optimize processes
• Provide technical support and staff training
• Collaborate with suppliers for sourcing and quality assessment

Research and Innovation:
• Conduct research on new ingredients and technologies
• Explore sustainable practices and ingredient sourcing
• Participate in conferences and workshops for knowledge enhancement

SALARY
Php 25,000 and up (Negotiable based on experience)
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
