Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
Salary: Negotiable
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manages and updates social media profiles, schedules posts, and engages with the online community to enhance brand presence.
• Assists in creating marketing materials, such as social media posts and scheduled advertisements.
• Addresses online inquiries from potential clients across social media platforms, groups, pages, and answers phone calls from sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers.
• Assists in reporting and tracking current statuses from inquiry to closing of sales.
• Assists in scheduling bookings, managing logistics expenses (food, accommodations, transportation), and payments for marketing events.
• Supports the Sales and Marketing Department as needed within this scope of work.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Business-related course
• Knowledge and experience with photo editing skills is a plus
• Good attention to detail and excellent customer service
• Able to handle working under pressure and deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
